SQL Manager is designed to fill the gap created by installations of MSDE (SQL
Server 7.0/2000) which do not include Microsoft SQL Enterprise Manager.
SQL Manager duplicates most of the functions available in Enterprise Manager,
with the exception of Data Transformation Services, which can only be scheduled
as SQL Agent Jobs in this program.
